Rhema Marvenne: An angel here on earth

I just want to share the beauty and talent this one child holds...She's really an angel sent from heaven...


Hearing her singing one of my all time favorite song (The Prayer) with such ardor and passion...wow, just amazing.

Her story even moved me more...losing her mom at   her very early years and taking it so bravely and graciously had me want to embrace her if given the chance.


Thank you Rhema for sharing your gift to mankind...You're so pretty, confident and full of spirit with so much enthusiasm and passion for singing.  


Thank you for the joy you give to those who listens to your songs.

As you will grow to be a beautiful lady, may you continue enhancing your gift from God and be an inspiration to others through your music.  God bless you Rhema!

STI Balagtas Paskong Paslit 2011

December 13, 2011 -  STI Balagtas held its "Paskong Paslit", a Christmas party and an outreach program organized yearly for indigent children to make them a part of this important celebration of the year.

In STI Balagtas, we believe that every child's smile is the gift of Christmas and we make sure that we receive those smiles every year.

The excited children participated actively on the games prepared for them, motivated with so many gifts and goodies spread in front of them and danced in high spirits with the ever famous children's mascot - who else? Jollibee =))).

Hungry from their activities, the children were served with abundant food. Everyone enjoyed the meal. 

STI Balagtas group singers "Ensembles" rendered a heartfelt Christmas OPM and made the children sang along with them. 

The event  ended with a festive mood and with children wearing unforgettable smiles. Their wholehearted and sincere "Thank yous" really touched our hearts.          

"Christmas is for Children"as the old adage goes - I know we are all children at heart and there is always that child in us that is excited and always believe that something special and wonderful will happen during Christmas. That is so worth remembering.


So let us all enjoy Christmas with the same perspective of a child and embrace the true essence of the holidays. Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year everyone! See you all next year! =)))
